MEET YOUR HOST AND COACH
Michelle Dutro
I am a California native and currently split my time between finishing a book, podcasting, and conducting workshops around San Diego. I also host retreats at my Inner North Star Retreat Center high in the mountains of Julian, CA.
One of the more common questions I get is whether I always knew what I wanted to do. For the most part the answer is yes, but probably like you, I took the road with the scenic view to get here.
I served in the Air Force, was a Firefighter/EMT, and spent over ten years working for a large corporation. When all of that is combined with over twenty years in the field of health and wellness, what I knew for sure was everything and everyone was here to teach me something about life. It is my goal to save you some of that time spent in a learning curve, which can feel like running on a never-ending hamster wheel.
So now all my time is laser focused on helping people like you-
- Feel your best, physically and emotionally
- Remembering why you are here and what you are meant to do with your life
