1. Complaining-

I think we all know what it feels like to be around a complainer.  These are the people that have the ability to find the bad in everything.  However, this goes both ways.  It will equally drain you, if YOU are constantly focusing on the rain rather than the rainbow.
*Focus on the solution, rather than the problem.

2. Being in a Job you Hate-
If you wake up in the morning with a complete sense of dread at the very thought of having to go into work – I ‘m sure you already realize that it is sucking the life out of you. Realizing that you may not be able to walk in and sail a paper airplane into your boss’s office with your resignation… there is hope!  You psyche will immediately feel relief when you start to create an exit strategy.  Post your resume on-line, meet with recruiters, and start to network.
*Trade hopelessness for an exit strategy.

3. Consuming Processed and/or GMO Foods-

You don’t have any idea how drastic the effects are of eating bad food, until you eat what’s actually good for you. The more you move to a whole (meaning not in a can or box), raw (meaning uncooked) diet, the more energy you will have.  This topic is a book unto itself, so suffice it to say, there are few things more important than what you eat.
*Swap the burger and fries for a green juice and watch your energy sky-rocket.

4. Lack of Movement-
If it takes energy to make energy, then we gotta get some energy to start the ball rolling!  Do what you love…or at least somewhat enjoy; jump rope, dance, skip down the street.  Do whatever it takes to get your heart rate up every day.
*Replace the couch with your favorite dance music.

5. Spending time “Friending” People You Don’t Know-

This goes for all social media and time on the internet.  Having a sense of community is one of the key longevity indicators.  Connect, in person, with the people you know and love.
*Replace the lap top with a walk in the park with a friend.
