Part 3 of 3 – The Love Series, Rekindling the Magic of True Love

Part 2 of 3 – The Love Series, “Tap” Into True Love…
January 31, 2016
Taking Control of Your Life…
February 15, 2016

Here we are in the final part of the three part “Love” series and a few days away from Valentine’s Day! As we wrap up this discussion about love, I thought it was appropriate to take us from what it is to find love all the way to what it is to keep love alive. I’m not talking about just surviving or getting by… but truly feeling ALIVE! It is so easy in life to become comfortable and complacent with what we have, that soon we find ourselves forgetting about why we started down this path in the first place. What was it about this person or endeavor that had us so intrigued? And if that spark has diminished, has it been lost in the other person or is it our own internal spark that has gone out?

It’s not having what you want,

It’s wanting what you’ve got.

                                         – Sheryl Crow, Soak Up The Sun

In this week’s conversation with Miranda Macpherson, author and international spiritual teacher, we talk about all of this and so much more. We discuss what it means to truly be present with the person before you, what it means to sincerely ask how they are feeling, and most importantly, how to be completely present and engaged with their answer. If you are in a relationship and feel in any way that you aren’t heard, validated, or question whether or not you really matter—this episode is for you! And for everyone else who wants to deepen their relationship with themselves and their understanding of their own true nature, Miranda is someone you want to get to know.

Charlie Brown Valentine

With Valentine’s Day being right around the corner, this is a chance to rekindle the spark that could light a stadium, or to take that chance at love and open your heart to possibility. Maybe this is the year you lead with love instead of fear. And maybe this is the year you don’t just want what you’ve got, but you truly embrace it! In addition to all that, in a few short days you will be able to watch, “Be my Valentine, Charlie Brown.” (Well I know I never miss it!) Regardless of where you are or what you are doing, not just on February 14th, but every day… imagine showing up with more love. I guarantee if you do anything with more of an open heart, the magic and possibilities are limitless. I believe tomorrow’s episode will be a heartfelt step in that direction.

With the Charlie Browniest Gratitude,

Michelle Dutro
